About Our Club

Magnolia Point Golf and Country Club is located off U.S. Highway 17 south of Jacksonville in Green Cove Springs. Not the typical resort or development course, Magnolia Point was designed for GOLF and TENNIS. Magnolia Point is home to 18 holes of fantastic golf. Our golf course, located in Green Cove Springs is one of the best in Jacksonville and North Florida.

The magnificent oaks, magnolia trees and tall pines are the backdrop for your final approach shots—not someone’s swimming pool or bedroom window.

With no parallel fairways, golfers will enjoy a tranquil and scenic view of the 1000-acre community that is abundant with wildlife including wild turkeys, deer, hawks, alligators, waterfowl, snakes, turtles and an occasional bald eagle. It offers outstanding conditions, scenic views with abundant local wildlife.

The United States Golf Association (USGA) selected Magnolia Point Golf and Country Club as the August 2006 final sectional qualifying location for the U.S. Amateur.

Our practice facility has a partial synthetic turf tee line driving range along with grass for you to improve your game in multiple ways, a full-sized putting green with multiple pin placements for practicing, and a full-size chipping area.

We proudly host our Men’s Golf Association along with our Ladies 18-Hole + 9-Hole Golf Leagues. We are also the host of Clay High School’s Boys & Girls Golf Teams.

Magnolia Point is also a premier wedding venue location in Green Cove Springs and the Jacksonville area. We are proud to have the most beautiful outdoor wedding venue in the area. Captivated by nature and beauty, you’ll feel you’ve escaped into a tropical paradise.

Our Crystal Dining Room is pure elegance. You can dress it up or down and it is just perfect. Offering complete wedding services with several package options along with many years of experience in events, our staff is waiting to help create your majestic moments.

We also specialize in weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays parties, anniversary celebrations, bridal and baby showers, celebrations of life, corporate dinners, holiday parties along with club groups and club events.

The Pub at MP offers excellent food and beverage in the clubhouse restaurant Our menu offers a wide range of delicious items that has something for everyone.

Our clubhouse dining is run by our executive chef along with his culinary team that is sure to delight your palate.

We change our menu seasonally and run a “from scratch kitchen”. From our dressings to our entrees, you can be sure everything is fresh.

Magnolia Point Tennis has 7 Har-Tru clay tennis courts, 4 are lit for night play.

The tennis program offers excellent instruction and is active in many local tennis leagues. We also offer competitive teams for ladies, mixed doubles and men’s league.

We are also the host of Clay High School’s Boys & Girls Tennis Teams. Our newly renovated Activity Zone boosts sand volleyball, one Pickleball court and a playground for tiny tots.

This is all located next to our Junior Olympic sized swimming pool, open dawn to dusk daily – weather permitting.
