As we say goodbye to 2022 and welcome 2023, we are implementing some new changes to our general policies and member accounts. These changes will commence on January 1, 2023.
2022 brought a lot of improvements to Magnolia Point – one of the largest improvements was our Point-of-Sale system. Members now have access to their own member portal where they can view their statements, make payments, and purchase tee times online. As we continue to improve our member experience, we are cleaning up our records within our database to ensure the correct information is associated with each account. Through that process, we have dedicated a team that has gone through each account to confirm all information and charges are correct on the member accounts. You should have received a call and/or email regarding your account if you currently have charging privileges. If you have not heard from us, please contact us and we can confirm all your details with you.
2023 Membership Packets are now available online and throughout the clubhouse. All members, returning and new, must turn in a membership application, which includes the Membership Application, Membership Package Selection (if applicable), and Credit Authorization. These 3 items will help us ensure your profile has the most up-to-date information.
Annual Memberships are the best way to get the most value. All annual membership payments are due, in full, by January 12th to take advantage of the 1-free-month promotion.
Beginning January 1, 2023, all credit accounts must have an active credit card on file to have charging privileges. Account Statements are generated on the 1st of each month and sent out via email and/or mail. Accounts must be paid in full by the 12th of each month to avoid finance charges. If Autopay is enabled on your account, the full balance will be charged to the credit card on file on the 13th of each month. Accounts that have not received payments by the 12th of the month will be assessed a late fee of 5% or $10, whichever is larger. The full balance of the account, including any late fees, will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the 14th of the month. Finance charges, collection fees, and legal costs may be incurred on past-due balances.
Important Monthly Billing Dates:
1st – Statements generated and emailed/mailed and are available in the member portal
12th – Check, cash, and credit card payments are due to avoid finance charges
13th – Automatic payments are processed
14th – Finance fees are assessed for nonpayment
15th – All unpaid credit accounts will be charged to the credit card on file
Any questions regarding your membership or charge account, please contact Mikayla Lee – 904-269-9276 x6 OR MemAccts@MagnoliaPointGolfClub.com
Private golf carts must be registered through the HOA. There are applications located in the Golf Pro Shop and the Membership Services desk. They are to be filled out and can be returned to the Golf Pro Shop. Once the cart has been registered, it is able to be used within the community. Furthermore, all private golf carts registered with the HOA are now permissible on the course with a purchased round of golf. There are no restrictions to tires, ride height, etc. However, we take the treatment of our course very seriously. If we find that your cart has caused damage to the course; whether that’s driving where you’re not supposed to or driving in such a manner that causes damage, your personal cart privileges will be revoked.
On behalf of all the Magnolia Point staff, we wish you happy holidays and a happy new year. We look forward to seeing all of you in the new year.
