Our Valentine’s Dinner will be hosted on February 12th beginning promptly at 6 pm. Our five-course meal is sure to delight all your senses. Bring your Valentine to an event they will be sure to love, for this holiday is meant to express your adoration for that special someone. The meal is plated and served tableside with every course properly timed for your complete enjoyment. The first course will be Grilled Royal Red Shrimp, packed with rich, natural flavor. This delicacy is often compared to lobster. Your soup will be warm, cozy and flavorful French Onion topped with a sweet, mild and nutty swiss cheese atop a crisp bread medallion. Up next, you will enjoy a beautiful Lover’s Delight Salad full of fresh strawberries, creamy goat cheese tossed with quinoa and a mustard seed vinaigrette. Our multiple-entrée selections allow you to customize your meal with one of the following: Poached Lobster Tails alongside Lobster Ravioli with a creamy lemon & chive sauce, Duck Leg Confit – gently cured duck legs bathed in their own fat and slowly cooked until falling-off-the-bone. Then the skin is crisped in the oven and drizzled with a balsamic glaze, or juicy Tenderloin Medallions cooked to perfection and finished with a French Diane Sauce. Your dessert choices are just as delightful with one being Nutella Cheesecake or a house made ice cream trio with specialty cookie garnish.
