Magnolia Point Golf and Country Club will not utilize social media to address concerns. We will utilize such platforms to promote and bring awareness to club activities for our clientele’s convenience. If ever a question arises, the club will be happy to address any person’s concern with a meeting or phone call. If you choose to call a manager at the club, please leave a message and allow a reasonable amount of time for a response. The club’s owners also participate in most HOA meetings and resident orientations to address any concerns about the club in an open forum. These pool rules and requirements are for our membership’s protection and continued enjoyment. Thank you for your support.
Pool Rules and Regulations
Members and Guest swim at your own risk.
All Members and Guest must have I.D. & check in at the Clubhouse. Out-of-town/ overnight guests are exempt from guests fees. Members must accompany their guests and must pay a guest fee of $5 for their outside guests using the pool, sunbathing or babysitting in the pool area.
Children 13 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Members and their guests must shower before entering the pool.
Swim diapers are required. No child will be permitted with disposable diapers.
Appropriate swim-ware is required in the pool area.
Proper cover-ups and foot-ware required when entering the Clubhouse.
NO running or HORSEPLAY at any time.
No Glass containers
No Playing on the rope/lane lines
No Abusive language or improper conduct
No outside Food, Beverage & Coolers will be permitted on Magnolia Point Club property.
Poolside service is available during The Pub’s hours.
Members and their guests are responsible for properly disposing of trash around the pool area.
Club management may close the pool for maintenance and or private events.
Anyone abusing the pool facilities, equipment, or rules will be subject to disciplinary actions, up to and including revocation of pool privileges, and restitution of monetary damages.
The pool and surrounding area is continually monitored by the Pro Shop and The Pub Staff
